1 oz coconut milk

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Gently mix the light pink liqueur and coconut milk. Pour over the back of a spoon into the glass. In a separate container, pour elderflower liqueur over the back of a spoon into the glass. Garnish with blueberries.

In a shaker tin with ice, add Joseph Magnus Navy Strength Gin, Thatcher’s Elderflower Liqueur, and Creme de cassis liqueur, lime juice, and activated charcoal and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into a Collins glass with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with fresh blackberries.

4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur

In a quart jar combine apple cider vinegar, apples, peppercorns, and sugar. Apply a watertight lid and shake jar. Allow the jar to sit in your refrigerator for four days, shaking daily. Strain 3 oz shrub into a clean cocktail shaker, add Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur and sparkling water or prosecco. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

Muddle mint in the bottom of glass. Then add Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur and elderflower syrup (or more if you like a sweeter taste). Add a few ice cubes. Fill the glass with Prosecco and a splash of seltzer. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with lime wedge.
