Recipe Ingredients:
- 1oz Thatcher's Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- 1oz Pimm's
- .5oz grenadine
- .5oz lime juice
- .5oz amaro chiot
- Ginger beer
Recipe Instructions: Pour all the ingredients (minus the soda water) into a shaker tin. Shake with ice vigorously. Strain onto fresh rocks in a Collins glass. Top with soda water and slice a cucumber ribbon for the garnish.
