- .75 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
- 1.25 oz Milagro Reposado Tequila
- .75 oz prickly pear purée
- .75 oz lemon juice
- Salt, for rim
- Lemon wheel with cactus pick, garnish
Recipe Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass rimmed with salt. Garnish with lemon wheel and cactus pick.
