- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz Champagne
- Cucumber ribbon, garnish
Recipe Instructions:

- In a mixing glass with ice stir Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur, and simple syrup until chilled.
- Strain into champagne flute and top with chilled champagne.
