- 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 1.5 oz homemade gingersnap syrup (see recipe below)
- White chocolate, garnish
Recipe Instructions: Rim a coupe glass with white chocolate and set aside. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and gingersnap syrup. Shake until combined. Strain mixture into a chilled coupe glass Gingersnap Syrup ½ c water ½ c brown sugar 4 tbsp molasses 3 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp clove 1 tsp nutmeg In a saucepan over medium-high heat add all ingredients and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in an airtight container.
