Recipe Ingredients:

• .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower liqueur
• 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
• 1.5 oz pear puree
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz lemon juice
• Pear slice, garnish
• Cinnamon stick, garnish

Recipe Instructions:

• In a cocktail shaker with ice add Thatcher’s Organic Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice.
• Shake until chilled.
• Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with soda water.
• Stir to combine.
• Garnish with pear slice and cinnamon stick.
