• .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
• 1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
• .75 oz lemongrass syrup
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 egg white

Recipe Instructions:

• Combine ingredients in shaker.
• Dry shake.
• Add ice and wet shake.
• Strain into Coupe glass and garnish with lime twist.
