Recipe Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
• .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
• 1 Jalapeño
• 1 bar spoon of agave
• .5 oz lime juice
• 2-3 oz grapefruit soda
• 1 Jalapeño, garnish

Recipe Instructions:

• Clean the jalapeño, remove the seeds and chop.
• In a cocktail shaker, muddle jalapeño slices, lime juice, and Thatcher’s blood orange liqueur.
• Add the ice, agave and Thatcher’s Organic Vodka and shake until chilled.
• Strain into a highball with fresh ice, top with grapefruit soda, and garnish with jalapeño.
