Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 3 oz Organic Pear Juice
- 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz spiced simple syrup
- 1.5 oz fresh squeeze lemon juice
- Sliced pears and star anise for garnish
Recipe Instructions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear juice, spiced simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour mixture evenly between 3 martini glasses. Garnish with sliced pear and star anise. Dust with edible glitter (optional).
