Add ice to a glass. Pour in infused vodka and orange liqueur. Top with ginger beer and sparkling wine. Stir and garnish.

Vanilla Vodka Milkshake
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
.5 oz Amaretto Liqueur
1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 dash vanilla extract
Whipped cream, garnish
Chocolate shavings, garnish

In a blender, add 1 cup of ice cream with Amaretto, Kahlua, and Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka until smooth. Put in freezer and leave for one hour. Add remaining ice cream and blend until smooth again. Pour into martini or other cocktail glass. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate as desired.

Birthday Cake Cocktail
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
.5 oz white chocolate liqueur
1 oz coconut cream
4 oz creme de cacao
4 ounces amaretto
1 oz whipped cream, garnish

Dip the rim of a martini glass water and then in a plate of sprinkles, set aside. In a shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into Martini glass. Add whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherry to the top for garnish.

Spiced Pear Martini

3 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
3 oz Organic Pear Juice
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz Spiced simple syrup
1.5 oz Fresh squeeze lemon juice
Sliced pears and star anise, garnish
Spiced Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
.5 cup raw organic sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
2–3 star anise
Pour the sugar and water into a pot. Bring to a boil. Pour in cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Boil on medium high for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

3 oz Organic Pear Juice
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz Spiced simple syrup

Spiced Simple Syrup:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear juice, spiced simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour mixture evenly between 3 martini glasses. Garnish with sliced pear and star anise. Dust with edible glitter (optional).

Ginger All The Way
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
1.5 oz homemade gingersnap syrup (see recipe)
White chocolate, garnish
Gingersnap Syrup
.5 cup water
.5 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove
1 tsp nutmeg
In a saucepan over medium-high heat add all ingredients and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in an airtight container.
1.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
1.5 oz homemade gingersnap syrup (see recipe)
White chocolate, garnish

.5 cup water

3 days prior: infuse your InBooze Let’s Go Crazy in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka in a closed container – In a shaker tin with ice, add 4 oz of infused vodka and lemon juice and shake until chilled. Strain into two Collins glasses with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with dried hibiscus flowers.

Day of: Rim two rocks glasses with lime juice and Tajin. Add frozen mango chunks, lime juice, 2 oz of infused vodka to each rocks glass and top with soda water. Stir lightly to chill and combine.

White Balsamic Honey Lemonade

Combine lemon, honey, water, and lavender in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat and allow lavender to bloom (10 minutes) and strain. Stir strained mixture, plus Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and organic white balsamic vinegar over ice, then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with lavender.
