2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
1 oz silver tequila
.5 oz agave syrup
1 oz fresh orange juice
Sparkling water
Orange slice, garnish

In a shaker filled with ice, combine peach liqueur, tequila, agave syrup, and fresh orange juice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice.

1.5 oz rum
2 oz orange juice
.5 oz grenadine
Orange slice, garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

1 part Thatcher’s Peach Liqueur
2 parts gin
2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 parts club soda

Combine all ingredients except for the club soda into an ice-filled shaker, and pour over ice into a highball glass. Top with club soda, garnish with 1-2 peach slices.
