Spiced Pear Martini

3 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
3 oz Organic Pear Juice
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz Spiced simple syrup
1.5 oz Fresh squeeze lemon juice
Sliced pears and star anise for garnish

Spiced Simple Syrup:

1 cup water
1/2 cup raw organic sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 whole cloves
2–3 star anise

Pour the sugar and water into a pot. Bring to a boil. Pour in cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Boil on medium high for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear juice, spiced simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour mixture evenly between 3 martini glasses. Garnish with sliced pear and star anise. Dust with edible glitter (optional).

Ginger All The Way

1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1.5 oz Irish cream liqueur
1.5 oz homemade gingersnap syrup (see recipe)
White chocolate, garnish

Gingersnap Syrup
½ c water
½ c brown sugar
4 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp clove
1 tsp nutmeg

In a saucepan over medium-high heat add all ingredients and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Strain through a fine mesh sieve and store in an airtight container.
Rim a coupe glass with white chocolate and set aside. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and gingersnap syrup. Shake until combined. Strain mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Golden Party

1oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
.5oz grenadine
.5oz lemon juice
.5oz simple syrup
3oz champagne
Add all the ingredients to the shaker (minus the champagne). Shake vigorously with ice. Pour all ingredients into a wine glass and top with champagne. Garnish with dried fruit and rose petals. Top with rose petals.

1 InBooze Let’s Go Crazy Infusion Kit
2 oz lemon juice
4 oz soda water
2 dried hibiscus flower, garnish
3 days prior: infuse your InBooze Let’s Go Crazy in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka in a closed container – In a shaker tin with ice, add 4 oz of infused vodka and lemon juice and shake until chilled. Strain into two Collins glasses with fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish with dried hibiscus flowers.

Mango Habanero Margarita

16 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 InBooze Mango Habanero Margarita Infusion Kit
8 oz frozen mango
1 oz lime juice
4 oz soda water
Tajin, garnish
3 days prior: infuse your InBooze Mango Habanero Margarita in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka in a closed container. Day of: Rim two rocks glasses with lime juice and Tajin. Add frozen mango chunks, lime juice, 2 oz of infused vodka to each rocks glass and top with soda water. Stir lightly to chill and combine.

White Balsamic Honey Lemonade

White Balsamic Honey Lemonade

4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 oz organic lemon juice
1 oz organic honey
2 oz water
.5 oz dried organic lavender
.5 oz organic white balsamic vinegar
Dried lavender, garnish
Combine lemon, honey, water, and lavender in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat and allow lavender to bloom (10 minutes) and strain. Stir strained mixture, plus Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and organic white balsamic vinegar over ice, then strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with lavender.
