For our RED cocktail…
My Star in the Sky
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz lime juice
Maraschino cherry to garnish
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
For our WHITE cocktail…
Vodka Collins
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 to 5 oz club soda
