Duke’s Dirty Martini
2 oz Thatcher’s Small Batch Organic Vodka
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
Splash of dry vermouth
.25 oz pickle juice
Wash Coupe glass with dry vermouth. Combined other ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir, and strain into Coupe. Garnish with a mini dill pickle.
Lady Whistledown’s Gimlet
2 oz Coppercraft Gin
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
.25 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Coupe glass. Garnish with lime wedge and cucumber slice.
Daphne’s Daiquiri
2 oz Coppercraft Rum
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
.75 oz strawberry syrup
.75 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Coupe. Garnish with strawberry.
Penelope’s Pleasure
1.75 oz Coppercraft Citrus Vodka
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
.5 oz raspberry syrup
.25 oz thyme syrup
.75 oz time juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins. Add ice and garnish with blood orange segment and thyme sprig.
Lady Danbury’s Pink Lady
1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
.25 oz Coppercraft Applejack
.25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz Grenadine
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in shaker and dry shake. Add ice and wet shake. Strain into Coupe glass and garnish with luxardo cherry.
