The party starts this weekend, with Saugatuck’s Venetian Festival happening near our tasting room July 30-July 31. The annual festival, which benefits Cow Hill Yacht Club, begins Friday night in Coghlin Park with 80s rock band Starfarm. It continues Saturday with a Dinghy Poker Run. If you’re visiting Saugatuck, Michigan, for the festival, make sure you take time to visit Thatcher’s tasting room beside Coghlin Park. But if you’re staying home, celebrate regardless with the cocktails below:

Limoncello Vodka Collins
Serves 4-6 people and includes Italian Limoncello liqueur
1.5 cups Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
1 cup lemon juice
.25 cups Limoncello
1.5 cups club soda
6 tablespoons of sugar syrup
