1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
.75 oz rosemary syrup
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz grapefruit juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with ruby red grapefruit segment and rosemary sprig.

.75 oz lemongrass syrup
.75 oz lime juice
2 dashes orange bitters

1.5 oz Coppercraft Citrus Vodka
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
.75 oz honey-thyme syrup
.75 oz lime juice
Pear juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into Collins and top with pear juice. Garnish with a pear slice and thyme sprig.
