In March we discover everyone really is mad for March Madness, and we have no complaints. Just in time for tip-off we’ve created four slam dunk cocktails to enjoy throughout the tournament. Try them below:
Pear of Points
A winner, no matter what the scoreboard says…
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
1.5 oz rum
1 oz mango syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add one big ice cube and garnish with lemon wheel.
Buzzer Beater
Pairs well with suspense.
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz honey syrup
Combine ingredients in Collins glass. Add ice and club soda. Stir and garnish with lemon wheel.
Sunday Sipper
Sundays are for basketball.
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
1 oz honeydew syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
Out Of Thyme
Hoping our team is ahead when the clock runs out of “thyme.”
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz Coppercraft Vodka
1 oz basil-thyme syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and top with club soda. Garnish with basil and thyme sprig.
