Spring Break season is upon us and it may look a little different this year… If traveling isn’t in the cards — and you’ve opted for a staycation — we’ve created a few spring break cocktails inspired by our favorite vacation destinations. Turn on the good mood tunes and craft a cocktail worthy of an exotic escape.
The Rum Diary
A tropical paradise in a glass.
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
2 oz rum
1 oz mango juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz demerara syrup
.5 oz rosemary syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Tiki glass. Add crushed ice. Garnish with blood orange segment and rosemary sprig.
Spring Break Spritz
Both refreshing and restoring.
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz gin
.5 oz lemongrass syrup
.5 oz basil syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish cocktail with basil sprig.
Prickly Punch
Keep the vacation vibes going.
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
1.5 oz Coppercraft Citrus Vodka
.5 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish cocktail with lemon wheel.
Rancho Cucamonga
Bringing California to you…
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
1.5 oz gin
.75 oz mint syrup
.75 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Add ice and top with soda water. Garnish with lime wheel and cucumber.

Quick, simple, and total crowd pleaser!
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
Sprite
Pour vodka into a cup and add sprite and ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
