Sparkling Peach Cosmo
The absolute classic of girls night drinks, but this time with a little champagne. Serves 4
6 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
2 oz lime juice
4 oz cranberry juice
4 oz, champagne
Lime wheel, garnish
Combine vodka, peach liqueur, lime juice and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain mixture evenly into 4 martini glasses and top with champagne. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Lip Tint Cocktail
A berry kissed cocktail for the girls! Serves 4
4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Watermelon Liqueur
4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
6 oz muddled overripe berries (strain or keep it chunky, your call)
3 oz lemon juice
8 oz prosecco or club soda, to top
Frozen berries, garnish
Shake everything but the bubbles with ice. Strain into 4 coupe or wine glasses and top with prosecco or soda.
Hibiscus Prickly Pear Batch Cocktail

25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
6 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
10 large limes, juiced
4 oz agave nectar
20 oz hibiscus tea concentrate
Lime wheels, garnish
Hibiscus tea concentrate: Boil water, add dried hibiscus tea and agave nectar to a measuring cup. Steep for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to incorporate the hibiscus. Stir all ingredients together and serve over ice. If desired, garnish with a lime wheel.
Pinky Promise Martini
It’s pink, it’s sparkling, it’s the moment. Serves 4
6 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
4 oz coconut cream
2 oz lime juice
Edible glitter, garnish
Shake all ingredients with ice until frothy. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with edible glitter and a whimsical garnish.
