Beyond the photoshoot opportunities and the delectable breakfast food at noon, the most important part of brunch is the cocktails. Mimosas and Bloody Marys are great, but if you’re looking for something with a little more pizazz, try one of these unique brunch cocktail recipes!
Orange Ya Glad I Didn’t Say Mimosas?
Juicy and boozy, kick off brunch with this rum cocktail.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Rum
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 bar spoon of simple syrup
- Edible flowers, garnish
In a shaker with ice, add Coppercraft Rum, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup, and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with edible flowers.
Cucumber Melon Sparkler
A refreshing bubbly drink to help class up the joint.
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- 1 oz Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin
- 1 oz cantaloupe juice
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- 2 oz prosecco chilled
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur, cantaloupe juice, Joseph Magnus Vigilant District Dry Gin, and simple syrup. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until icy cold. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and top with the chilled prosecco. Garnish with a melon ball and cucumber slice.

Classic Canadian Caesar Cocktail
Canadians will recognize this as their national drink of choice. For the rest of us it’s a tasty Bloody Mary alternative!
- 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 8 oz clamato juice
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 4 Dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Dash Tabasco Sauce
- 3 Dash Maggi Sauce (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 cup Ice
- Celery salt, for the rim
Rim your cocktail glass with the celery salt. Then mix the clamato juice, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, maggi sauce (optional), lime juice, salt and pepper. Garnish with garnishes of your choice.

Light Flight
A cool dose of caffeine and florals.
- 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 oz cold brew coffee
- .75 oz Fernet-Vallet
- 4 oz tonic
- 1 lemon twist, garnish
Add the cold brew, Fernet-Vallet, and Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur to a Collins glass. Add ice and stir. Top off with tonic and garnish with a lemon twist.

Orange Dreamsicle
A sweet and indulgent cocktail for a summer patio brunch.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz cream
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz orange juice
- 2 drops vanilla extract
- Club soda or sparkling water
Fill half a Collins glass with ice. Add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, orange juice, simple syrup, vanilla extract and cream. Stir until it’s mixed well, and top with club soda.
