The holiday season doesn’t have to be filled with green and red hues. Think organic pastels instead. Thatcher’s Organic Artisan Spirits’ 2023 holiday season was reminiscent of a fairy’s winter wonderland with tiny ornaments, finely decorated plates, pine needles, dried orange slices, bottle brush trees, and a dash of glitter. A Very Fairy Christmas: Winter Cocktails & Recipes
Winter Orchard
A cocktail as fresh as falling snowflakes and frost on the grass.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- Fresh blueberries for garnish
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Gently mix the light pink liqueur and coconut milk. Pour over the back of a spoon into the glass. In a separate container, pour elderflower liqueur over the back of a spoon into the glass. Garnish with blueberries.
Citrus Frost Sparkler
A Christmas cocktail with a hint of summer.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz silver tequila
- .5 oz agave syrup
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- Sparkling water
- Orange slice, garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, combine peach liqueur, tequila, agave syrup, and fresh orange juice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice.
Peppermint Bliss

- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- Crushed ice
- Cranberries, garnish
Add Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, peppermint schnapps, crushed ice, and cranberry juice to the shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with cranberries.
Midnight Mulberry
A darker take on fruity cocktails.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Watermelon Liqueur
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- Dried orange slice, garnish
Add watermelon liqueur, gin, blue curacao, ice, and lemon juice to the shaker. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a dried orange slice.
