Regina George

Looks sweet, but watch out—this cocktail is a little mean.

• 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
• 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
• .5 oz tart cherry juice
• 3 oz pink lemonade
• 2 jalapeño slices
• 1 tsp sugar
• Ice

 

Muddle the jalapeno slices and sugar in a shaker before adding cherry juice, Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, Thatcher’ Organic Small Batch Vodka, and pink lemonade to the mix. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass and serve.

Glen Cocoa

You go Glen Coco. 

• 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
• 1 oz Glen Silver’s Ginger Liqueur
• 12 oz milk
• 3 oz dark chocolate
• 1 oz heavy cream

 

Heat the milk over medium heat and to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in chocolate until melted. Stir in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, ginger liqueur, and heavy cream.

• 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
• 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
• .5 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• Soda water
• Ice
• Salt, for rim

 

Place your salt on a plate. Run a cut lemon around the rim of a cocktail glass and dip the rim in your plate of salt to coat the entire rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice and add lemon juice, Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and  juices. Top with soda water. Stir with a cocktail spoon and serve.

• 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
• 1.5 oz rum
• 2 oz orange juice
• .5 oz grenadine
• .5 teaspoon activated charcoal
• Orange slice, garnish

 

Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

• 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
• 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
• 1 oz Amaretto
• .5 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 sugar cube

 

Fill a cocktail shaker about halfway with ice. Add in Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, white chocolate liqueur, Amaretto, vanilla extract, and sugar cube. Cover and shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold. About 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass.
