Galentine’s Cocktails
Bouquet of Flowers
You can buy yourself flowers, and craft yourself a floral Valentine’s Day cocktail.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- .5 oz Licor 43
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz champagne
- Ice
- Orange twist, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, Licor 43, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake the ingredients well for about 10-15 seconds to chill. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with champagne.
Test of Thyme
Are wedding bells in the future for you and your Valentine? Or have they been ringing for a while now? Either way, celebrate your love with your girlfriends.
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
- .5 oz lemongrass syrup
- .25 oz thyme syrup
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into collins glass. Add ice and garnish with a thyme sprig, lime, and lemon wheel.
Cranberry Crush (Batch Cocktail)
A great batch cocktail for you and your galentines!
- 16 oz lemonade
- 8 oz cranberry juice
- 6 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz fresh lime juice
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Club soda (to top)
- Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
Scale up measurements to batch. In a cocktail shaker combine lemonade, cranberry juice, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice. Shake well. Strain mixture into a chilled rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh herbs. Makes one cocktail.

Hopeless Romantic
Are you the hopeless romantic of the group? Find love with this romantic cocktail.
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
- 1.5 oz cognac
- .5 oz guava juice
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
Fill a shaker with ice and add in all ingredients. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Double strain into coupe glass and enjoy.

Cupid’s Arrow
A classic pink Valentine’s Day cocktail.
- 1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- .75 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1.5 oz orange juice
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 5 chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 oz lemon lime soda
- Chocolate shavings, garnish
Combine Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in a shaker. Shake. Wet and dip glass rim in pink or red sugar crystals. Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour shaken mixture over ice. Add sprite and stir to mix. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
