Classic Birthday Cake Cocktail
The classic birthday cake.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- .5 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 4 oz creme de cacao
- 4 ounces amaretto
- 1 oz whipped cream, garnish
- Sprinkles, garnish
- Maraschino cherry, garnish
Dip the rim of a martini glass water and then in a plate of sprinkles, set aside. In a shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain mixture into Martini glass. Add whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherry to the top for garnish.
Carrot Cake Cocktail
Who knew a veggie could help make the most decadent cake cocktail? We did.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 2 oz carrot juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
In a small bowl whip the softened cream cheese and coconut cream until creamy, gradually add the maple syrup until thoroughly combined. In a cocktail shaker combine: carrot juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, add ice and shake well to chill.Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with cream cheese mixture.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Cocktail
A sweet, fruity type of cake cocktail.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
- 1 splash grenadine syrup
- .5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 maraschino cherry, garnish
- 1 pineapple ring, garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Splash grenadine over ice. Pour in pineapple juice, schnapps, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur into the glass and give one quick stir. Garnish with pineapple ring, and maraschino cherry.
Gooey Butter Cake Cocktail
Buttery and rich, this cocktail tastes like a cake straight from grandma’s kitchen.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 2 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
- .5 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
- 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- 3 oz heavy cream
- .5 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon, garnish
Add all of the ingredients along with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a dash of ground cinnamon.

Chocolate Cake Cocktail
Chocolate lovers rejoice!
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
- .5 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
- Chocolate syrup, garnish
Shake all the ingredients vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into martini glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Tres Leches Cake Cocktail
A creamy and decadent cake cocktail.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- .5 oz heavy cream
- .5 oz evaporated milk
- .5 oz sweetened condensed milk
- .5 oz vanilla extract
- Cinnamon, garnish
- Caramel syrup, garnish
Shake all the ingredients vigorously in a shaker with ice for one minute. Strain into martini glass and dust with cinnamon and drizzle with caramel syrup.
