A Partridge in a Pear Tree
For the eclectic maximalist. You know how to mix and match flavors boldly and well.
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower liqueur
1.5 oz pear puree
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
Pear slice, garnish
Cinnamon stick, garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice add Thatcher’s Organic Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, pear puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top with soda water. Stir to combine. Garnish with pear slice and cinnamon stick.
Boozy Peppermint Mocha
For the cozy queen. Grab one of your multiple throws and cuddle up with this indulgence.
6 oz whole milk
.5 oz simple syrup
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp mint extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz espresso
2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
Whipped cream, garnish
Crushed peppermint stick
Magic shell chocolate, garnish
In a small saucepan heat milk and cocoa powder until simmering. Add espresso, mint extract, vanilla extract, simple syrup, and vodka. Stir until combined. Rim serving mug in magic shell chocolate and crushed peppermint stick. Pour in saucepan mixture and top with whipped cream and more crushed peppermint stick.
Pomegranate Martini
For the colorful modern. A sweet, deep red variation of the iconic martini.
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Vodka
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/8 tsp orange blossom water (optional)
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
Place all ingredients except for pomegranate seeds into a cocktail shaker along with ice. Cover shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds until well chilled. Scoop pomegranate seeds into the bottom of a martini glass. Strain cocktail into the martini glass and serve.

White Wine & Elderflower Gløgg
For the warm rustic. Hold this light mulled wine with both mittened hands and sip slow.
2 750-ml bottles dry white wine
2 cups Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
2 tbsp granulated sugar
10 green cardamom pods
1-1/3 cups golden raisins
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup Cognac
In a large pot, bring the wine, Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur, sugar, and cardamom pods to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Turn the heat down and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Discard the cardamom pods; add the raisins, almonds, and Cognac. Serve hot in small glasses with spoons for scooping up the raisins and almonds.

Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail
For the glitzy and glamorous. This one’s for you, hostess with the mostess.
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
3 oz cranberry juice
3 oz Champagne
Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Pour Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur and cranberry juice into a chilled champagne flute. Stir well. Top with the champagne. Garnish with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
