It’s spooky season, which means you can find us binging one of our favorite shows: “American Horror Story.” Season 10 of American Horror Story, “Double Feature,” just wrapped, and we’re already anticipating the return of this thrillingly wonderful show created by the one and only Ryan Murphy. Our team put together a list of cocktails to pair with each season, so let’s get this spooky binge watching cocktail party started!
American Horror Story Cocktails
Season 10 – American Horror Story: Double Feature
The Cocktail: Belle Noir
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz key lime juice
- 2 oz soda water
- 1 oz tart cherry juice concentrate
- 7 dried montmorency cherries, garnish
In a glass with ice, combine and stir Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka and key lime juice. Drizzle tart cherry juice concentrate over ice and allow it to settle in the bottom of the glass. Top with soda water and dried montmorency cherries. Stir well before consuming.
Season 9 – American Horror Story: 1984
The Cocktail: Bloody Mary
- 8 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 2 cups tomato juice, chilled
- .25 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- .5 tsp Tabasco hot sauce
- .5 tsp celery salt
- .125 tsp black pepper
- Pickled onion eyeballs, garnish

The Cocktail: Blood Sangria
- .25 cup Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 750 ml red wine
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 2 oranges sliced

The Cocktail: A Spooky Halloween Cocktail
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 4-5 blackberries
- 1-2 fresh mint sprigs
- 1 cube dry ice

- Absinthe, to rinse
- .75 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- .75 oz London dry gin
- .75 oz Lillet blanc

The Cocktail: Prickly Pear Martini
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Prickly Pear Liqueur
- .5 oz Cointreau
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 Maraschino cherry

Season 4 – American Horror Story: Freak Show
The Cocktail: Monster Mash Margarita
- 2 oz Silver Tequila
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- Ice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled. Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, slices of blood orange and lime. Add a spooky cocktail garnish if you’re feeling festive.
Season 3 – American Horror Story: Coven
The Cocktail: Witches Brew Cocktail
- 12 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1/3 tsp matcha powder (you will not be able to taste the matcha, it just adds color)
- 36 oz cream soda
- Dry ice (optional, for a spooky effect)

- 1.25 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 to 5 oz ginger beer
- 8 dashes bitters

- 1 oz Coppercraft Gin
