Blood Orange Creamsicle
Enjoying boozy creamsicles is one perk of being 21+.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz orange juice
- Vanilla ice cream, garnish
In a glass, add one to two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream and add Thatcher’s Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, and orange juice. Gently stir and serve.
Coconut Watermelon Vodka Cooler
A beach mixed drink that incorporates coconut water for extra hydration. Pre-batch this one and throw it into your cooler!
- 2 oz coconut water
- 1 1/ 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz fresh watermelon juice
- 1/ 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and pour into a coupe glass or over a large watermelon ice cube. If pre-batching: omit ice, multiply ingredients by number of drinks and store in fridge or cooler for up to 3 days. Freeze it to create a slushy-like drink.

Prickly Pear Margarita

- 2 oz silver tequila
- 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- Salt
Pour salt into a shallow dish. Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the glass rim in salt. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. Combine all ingredients (except salt) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into prepared glass.

Cranberry Lemonade Refresher
A great batch cocktail full of fresh and summery flavors that keeps for several days. Make this the night before a beach day!
- 3 oz lemonade
- 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- Lemon slice, garnish
- Club soda (optional)
- Fresh herbs, garnish (optional)
Scale up measurements to batch. In a cocktail shaker combine lemonade, cranberry juice, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice. Shake well. Strain mixture into a chilled rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda if desired. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh herbs. Makes one cocktail.

Cucumber Watermelon Punch
An easy punch for your pool party that is fruity, floral, and refreshing.
- 6 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- 4 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- 6 oz watermelon puree
- 1 liter soda water
Combine the cucumber vodka, elderflower liqueur, and watermelon puree in a pitcher or punch bowl. Stir well. Add the soda water slowly and carefully stir to avoid it bubbling over. Add ice cubes and cucumber slices to the pitcher. Serve.
