Mango Mimosa
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
2 oz champagne or prosecco
2 oz mango juice
Strawberry slices, garnish

In a mixing glass without ice, quickly blend mango juice and Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur. In a flute glass, pour champagne, immediately followed by mango juice mixture on top. Garnish by dropping mango and strawberries slices into the glass.
Cucumber Elderflower Spritz
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
2 oz sparkling water
1 oz fresh lime juice
3 cucumber slices (2 for muddling, 1 for garnish)
Mint sprig, garnish
In a shaker, muddle 2 cucumber slices with Thatcher’s Elderflower Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and lime juice. Add ice, shake well, and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
Blood Orange Bellini
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
3 oz peach puree
2 oz prosecco
Orange twist, garnish
In a mixing glass, combine peach puree and Thatcher’s Blood Orange Liqueur. Pour the mixture into a champagne flute, then top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange twist and serve immediately.
Hibiscus Margarita
1.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
1 oz tequila (100% agave)
1 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz agave syrup
Lime wheel, garnish
Pink salt, for rim
Hibiscus flower, garnish
Rim a wide rimmed glass with pink salt. In a shaker, combine Thatcher’s Hibiscus Liqueur, tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and a hibiscus flower.
Prickly Pear Paloma
1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Prickly Pear Liqueur
1 oz tequila
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz lime juice
2 oz soda water
Grapefruit slice, garnish
Tajín, for rim
Wet the rim of a rocks glass and rim with Tajín. Fill the glass with ice. In a shaker, combine Thatcher’s Prickly Pear Liqueur, tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
