6 Spooky Cocktails
Haunted Pumpkin Cocktail
It’s spooky season; even the cocktails are haunted!
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz pumpkin puree
- 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Candy eyes, garnish
Combine Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka and Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur in a shake and shake to combine. In a small bowl, mix coconut cream, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whip with a fork or whisk until slightly aerated. Pour on top of vodka mixture and shake. Garnish with candy eyes.
Green Flash
Aliens are real, and a green flash in the sky (and in your glass) proves it.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- .5 oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and double strain. Serve in a rocks glass with cubed ice.
Melted Ghost Cocktail
A Halloween cocktail so good it will make ghosts melt.
- 2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 2 oz soda water
Mix vanilla simple syrup, cream, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and soda together in a cocktail shaker. Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Witches Brew
All good witches know you’re supposed to batch out your spooky cocktails!
- 8 oz Coppercraft Rum
- 8 oz Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur
- 8 oz blue curaçao
- 8 oz lemonade
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 10 oz soda water
- Ice
Add Coppercraft Rum, Thatcher’s Organic Mango Liqueur, lemonade, and pineapple juice to a punch bowl. Stir until mixed. Slowly stir in blue curaçao. Pour in soda water and ice and stir right before serving.
Black Voodoo Citrus Cocktail
Activated charcoal gives this cocktail a spooky color.
- 2.5 oz mineral water
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz pomegranate syrup
- .25 oz activated charcoal
- .25 oz lemon juice
- 1 dash of Angostura citrus bitters
- Lemon slice, garnish
- Ice
Combine Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, and all juices in a cocktail shaker. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with a lime.

Unicorn Blood Cocktail
No need to sacrifice a mystical creature to make this shimmery cocktail.
- 7 oz raspberries
- Powdered sugar to taste
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
- Sprinkle of gold petal luster dust
Puree the raspberry (add a little water if necessary) completely. Pass it through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Mix in icing sugar, 1 tbsp at a time to sweeten it to your taste. Chill in the fridge. Add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka and Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur to a shaker and sprinkle in gold dust. Shake vigorously. Dust the wall of the chilled Martini glass with some gold petal luster dust. Pour the shimmery vodka mixture into a chilled martini glasses (about 2/3 of the way up). Pour approximately 1-2 oz of raspberry puree into the drink (from about 1-2 inches above the surface of the drink).
