Dinner Prep
An elegant, cinnamon-dusted cocktail to pair with dinner prep.
- 1 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz apple cider
- .5 oz cinnamon syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- Egg white
- Cinnamon stick, garnish
- Cinnamon powder, garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake first, then add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.
Peach Apple Cider Mimosa
A brunch cocktail filled with autumn’s warmth and bubbly sophistication.
- 1 oz Coppercraft Applejack
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
- 3 oz apple cider
- Champagne, to top
- Cinnamon stick, garnish
- Apple slice, garnish
Combine Coppercraft Applejack, Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur, and apple cider in a champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a thin slice of apple.
Harvest Bloom
A tart and tangy bourbon delight.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur
- 1 oz sweetened cranberry juice
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz ginger ale
- Cranberries, garnish
- Rosemary sprig, garnish
Combine Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Thatcher’s Organic Hibiscus Liqueur, cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Pumpkin Pie Cocktail
A slice of Thanksgiving pumpkin pie in cocktail form.
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka
- 1 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- .5 oz pumpkin puree
- 1 dash of ground nutmeg, garnish
- Whipped cream, garnish
Put pumpkin puree in a cocktail shaker with a cube of ice. Shake vigorously. Add more ice. Add Thatcher’s Organic Small Batch Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, and Bailey’s Irish Cream. Shake thoroughly to blend. Strain into a martini glass(es). Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle ground nutmeg on top for garnish.
Sparkling Peach
A cornucopia of fruit and spices.
- .5 oz. Thatcher’s Organic Peach Liqueur
- .5 oz ginger syrup
- .5 oz. Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
- .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz prosecco
- Nutmeg, garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass.
